Penalties for Boating Under the Influence

Wyoming law establishes the following penalties.

Those convicted of boating while intoxicated or under the influence of any substance may be fined up to $750, jailed for up to six months, or both fined and jailed.
Persons convicted of BUI also may be prohibited from operating a vessel in Wyoming for up to two years.
